5. No Legal or Financial Advice
Information provided by Aidwish — on the website, via chat, WhatsApp, email, or consultation — is general business information and facilitation support, not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
For matters requiring professional legal opinion, tax advice, or chartered accountancy services, you should engage a qualified lawyer, CA, or CS. Aidwish coordinates with such professionals on your behalf where specified in the engagement scope.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any website content without our prior written consent. Sharing links to our content is permitted.
7. Confidentiality
Aidwish treats all client information and documents with strict confidentiality. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as necessary to provide the services (e.g., government portals, professional partners), as required by law, or with your explicit consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Aidwish's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
- We are not liable for outcomes of government decisions, rejections, or processing delays that are outside our control

Service fees are quoted separately and are payable as per the agreed payment schedule. Government fees are payable upfront or as required. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
Non-payment may result in suspension of services. Completed government filings cannot be reversed — no refunds apply to government-fee components.
10. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility:
- If a service has not commenced: Full refund of professional fees (government fees non-refundable)
- If service is partially completed: Pro-rated refund at our discretion
- If service is fully delivered: No refund
- If rejection is due to client error or incomplete documents: No refund on professional fees; government fee refund as per government policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@aidwish.com within 7 days of the triggering event.

Our website features an AI-powered chatbot ("Aarav") and business assessment tools. These are provided for general information and lead-qualification purposes only. Responses from our chatbot do not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as such without verification.
